Communication: By keeping you informed regularly of what I am doing to market your home and how the market is reacting to your home, you can make better decisions and know how to respond when that offer arrives. Communication includes reports at least twice each month, feedback reports after showings, and a monthly study of comparable properties that have sold in your area. If prices are falling $1500 to $2,000 each month as they have been for much of the past 4 years, you need to know that so you can make informed decisions.

An insight into how I think: I believe that sellers got the short end of the stick. Sellers are expected to know if a realtor is the right choice after just a brief meeting. If the match is not good, sellers are stuck with a 6 month contract before they are free. My contracts allow you, the seller, an out, if for any reason you are unhappy with my services.
